Kuramaishi are stones on Kurama Mountain which is the strongest power spot in Kyoto. People said that Kuramaishi is a stone that has a strong wave motion.

Many people visit Kurama Mountain to receive energy and here is also the World standard healing spot. There is a Hindu myth that Sanat Kumara descended onto Kurama Mountain to relief Human Beings from 6.5 million years ago.

Although Kuramaishi looks white, it will become brown as time passes because it contains magnetic iron and steel. This gradual change is known as “Wabisabi Stone” and it is very popular.
